Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
- Drive leads, conversions, revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition growth
- Manage campaign budgets, performance tracking, analytics, and reporting
- Conduct A/B testing, CRO, and landing page optimization to improve results
- Collaborate with creative, product, CRM, and leadership teams for successful campaign execution
- Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, and scalable marketing channels
- Mentor and lead the performance marketing team while promoting data-driven decision-making
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
