Job description:
Sodhani Academy is seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and following up with leads to promote our stock market and finance education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads and explain course offerings
- Maintain follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Update CRM and call logs regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred
