Job Summary: As an Architect at Acme Designers, you will work closely with the Chief Architect on theme-based designs for large-scale projects. Your role will include conceptualizing and developing floor plans, elevations, and space planning while ensuring design requirements align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
· Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
· Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
· Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
· Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
· Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
· Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges.
· Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
· Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural design preferably in theme-based projects.
· Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.

Salary :
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Based on Professional expertise
