Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
This role will play a key part in driving high-quality leads for engineering and technology services, with a major emphasis on LinkedIn advertising, account-based targeting, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Campaign Management (Primary Focus)
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, and Document Ads
- Define and target specific audiences (industry, job roles, company size, geography) aligned with business goals
- Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key companies and decision-makers
- Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve CTR and conversion rates
Paid Campaign Execution (Multi-Channel)
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads
- Allocate budgets effectively across platforms for maximum ROI
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, remarketing)
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurturing workflows
- Implement remarketing strategies across platforms Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong PPC experience
- Knowledge of email marketing tools
- Analytics-driven mindset
- Conversion tracking & funnel understanding
