Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about our services. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
- Pleasant voice and confident speaking skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Experience:
- Fresher or 6 month Experience
