Job Title: HR Manager

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention activities.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage performance appraisal and training programs.
Hndle disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
