Job Summary:
ManekTech is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to join our IT Service Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting business development activities for software development and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements for web, mobile, and custom software development projects.
- Assist in preparing proposals, estimations, presentations, and project documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to define appropriate solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering discussions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support lead qualification and opportunity assessment.
- Maintain CRM records and sales-related reports.
- Coordinate project handovers between sales and delivery teams.
- Prepare business reports and insights for management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of IT services, web applications, mobile applications, and custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in proposal writing and requirement analysis.
- Exposure to international client communication will be an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
