Job Summary
V4B Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure seamless execution of Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Digital Marketing projects. The role requires regular interaction with clients, coordination with internal teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Travel is an essential part of this role for client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ORM and Digital Marketing clients.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable requirements for internal teams.
- Coordinate with ORM, SEO, Content, Social Media, Web Development, Design, and Operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct client onboarding, project review meetings, and regular business review discussions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing proactive support and timely updates.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as committed.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare meeting minutes (MoM), project status reports, and follow-up action plans.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and feedback in the CRM or project management system.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM), SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, ORM, Digital Marketing, or an agency environment is preferred.

- Experience working with Digital Marketing or ORM clients.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
- Professional attitude, strong ownership, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
