Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing and production processes.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
- Operate basic factory machinery and equipment as instructed.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Support inventory handling and stock management activities.
- Conduct basic quality checks on products.
- Assist supervisors and production staff with assigned tasks.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Help with material handling, sorting, and storage activities.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of factory operations.
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials when required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Prior factory or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
