Job Summary
The role requires experience in content strategy, editorial planning, team management, and performance review.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage content strategy across digital channels and content formats.
- Lead content planning, creation, review, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Build and improve AI-enabled content workflows, including content automation and personalization.
- Establish content governance, editorial standards, quality guidelines, and operational processes.
- Work closely with product, marketing, design, data, and technology teams.
- Use analytics, audience insights, and performance data to improve content effectiveness.
- Support audience engagement and customer communication through structured content initiatives.
- Manage and guide content teams across multiple functions.
- Monitor trends in digital content, AI tools, content platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Ensure content is consistent, accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in content strategy, content operations, or digital content leadership.
- Experience managing large-scale content programs or content ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of content formats such as text, video, audio, and digital content.
- Hands-on exposure to AI or GenAI tools used for content creation, automation, or optimization.
- Knowledge of content analytics, SEO, audience behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Experience in content governance, editorial frameworks, and content lifecycle management.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with product, technology, marketing, design, and analytics teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, consumer internet, media, OTT, edtech, digital platforms, or large-scale B2C organizations.
- Experience building AI-first content ecosystems or personalization frameworks.
- Exposure to recommendation engines, automation workflows, or content intelligence platforms.
- Experience managing large content teams and multi-channel content distribution.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
