Research Associate Trainee (Full-Time)

Compensation: ₹8,000- 10,000 per month (Training Stipend)
Training Duration: Initial 6 Months (Extendable up to 12 Months based on performance and project requirements)

Dishtayate Advisor Private Limited is a consulting and research organization working in the areas of Rural Development, Agriculture, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Entrepreneurship, MSMEs, Government Schemes, and Financial Advisory.
We are building a dedicated research team that works closely with grassroots institutions to identify real-world challenges, generate insights, and develop practical solutions for businesses, development organizations, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research.
- Interact with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Agri Entrepreneurs, NGOs, Banks, and Government Departments.
- Conduct telephonic surveys, interviews, and field visits.
- Collect, validate, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and case studies.
- Research Government schemes, agricultural policies, rural finance, and funding opportunities.
- Assist in preparation of Business Plans, DPRs, feasibility studies, and consulting assignments.
- Maintain project documentation and MIS reports.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or final-year students) in:
- Agriculture
- Rural Management
- Agri Business Management
- Economics
- Commerce
- Management
- Social Sciences
- Statistics
- Data Analytics or related disciplines
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, AI tools, or data analysis software will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for occasional field assignments.
