We're Hiring | ServiceNow Automation Engineer (AutomatePro or Equivalent)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Automation Engineer with strong expertise in AutomatePro (preferred) or equivalent ServiceNow test automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for ServiceNow applications.
✅ Build and execute regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end automation tests.
✅ Configure and manage AutomatePro (or equivalent) for test automation and release validation.
✅ Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to define test scenarios.
✅ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Analyze test results, investigate failures, and support defect resolution.
✅ Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage across ServiceNow modules.
✅ Generate automation metrics and test execution reports.
Required Skills
✔3+ years of ServiceNow testing and automation experience.
✔Hands-on experience with AutomatePro (preferred) or equivalent tools such as ATF, ACC-Q, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or similar.
✔Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
✔ Good understanding of ServiceNow development, workflows, and integrations.
✔Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Bonus Skills
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, or similar CI/CD tools.
Pay: ₹448,848.96 - ₹1,224,853.31 per year
