We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MBA Director to lead, manage, and grow our MBA program. The Director will be responsible for academic leadership, strategic planning, faculty management, industry collaboration, student development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. The role requires a strong academic background combined with administrative and leadership expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the MBA program
- Plan, implement, and review curriculum in line with industry and academic standards
- Ensure compliance with AICTE/UGC/University regulations and accreditation requirements
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate MBA faculty and visiting professors
- Oversee student admissions, academic progress, placements, and overall student experience
- Develop and strengthen industry linkages for internships, live projects, and placements
- Promote research, consultancy, FDPs, seminars, workshops, and conferences
- Manage departmental budgeting, resources, and infrastructure
- Coordinate with management, examination cell, IQAC, and other departments
- Represent the MBA program in academic, professional, and public forums
- Drive branding, outreach, and program growth initiatives
