Finance Analyst
- Managing over all client locations budgeting and Processing all Vendors Tax Invoices
- Check for all compliances and approvals and authorize invoices for forwarding to client for final approval.
- Preparing Cost Sheets and submitting to client for approval.
- Preparation and submission of management reports/analysis as and when required by client
Ø Expense tracking and invoice management through JDE
Ø Preparation of Annual Budget
- Ø Forecast, Cost Analysis & Accruals
- Ø CAPEX & OPEX handling
- Ø Preparation of budget vs Actual spends and ensure all expenses are within the approved budgets
- Ø Taking all the necessary provisions
- Coordinate with client & JLL Finance team to ensure tact workplace financial structure.
- Handle contracts and payment issue escalations with other concerned client teams.
- Explore cost reduction measures to save on the budgeted costs.
- Handle payment issue escalations of all the vendor.
- Preparing monthly MIS and share it with client.
- Check for all compliances and approvals and authorize invoices for forwarding to client for final approval.
- Create & periodically update the FM –Accounts for client and lead the client accounts team for smooth execution to deliver on the agreed service standards.
- Suggest vendors to creation of vendor panel.
- Analyze, develop & maintain the record of all the direct and indirect contracts.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Contract team to finalize preparation of the agreement and timely issuance of renewals / purchase order.

Team handling experience
Should have good working knowledge on soft services, cafeteria management and technical.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have excellent Excel knowledge.
Employee specification
Candidate should have 7 - 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management industry into MNC.
