We are hiring System Administrator
Location: Thodupuzha or Muvattupuzha
Responsibilities;
- Provide first-level IT support for showroom and service operations.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Support DMS applications.
- Monitor CCTV systems and internet connectivity.
- Handle user account management and software installation.
- Coordinate with the Systems Department for implementation of new IT projects and policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related complaints and minimize downtime.
- Maintain IT asset records and perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support during audits, new branch setups, and system upgrades.
Requirements;
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in an information technology-related field of study with a network engineering focus.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
- Minimum 1Year relevant experience required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
- Network security experience.
- LAN and WAN experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
