Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, develop operational policies, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost efficiency. [1, 2]
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for upper management. [1, 2]
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., HR, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless workflow. [1, 2, 3]
- Resource Management: Oversee day-to-day logistics, supply chain, or administrative activities to ensure adequate resource availability. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all business activities adhere to industry regulations, safety norms, and company policies. [1, 2]

Core Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret complex data and troubleshoot operational challenges effectively.
