Skill Dunia is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their educational and career goals, and guiding them toward suitable Skill Dunia programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential students and professionals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹18,000/month Stipend
- Up to ₹10,000/month Incentives
- PPO up to 6 LPA based on performance

- Hyderabad (Work from Office)

- Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
