Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Leasing Manager to lead and drive leasing transactions for commercial real estate assets in Gurugram and the wider NCR region. The role requires strong market intelligence, client-handling expertise, and the ability to independently close corporate leasing mandates across IT/ITES, MNCs, GCCs, and large domestic occupiers.
This position is ideal for a professional who understands end-to-end leasing cycles, has strong relationships with corporate occupiers, IPCs, and consultants, and can contribute strategically to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing
Drive corporate leasing transactions for office/commercial assets (SEZ & Non-SEZ).
Generate new business through direct corporate connect, IPCs, consultants, and channel partners.
Handle end-to-end leasing closures – from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, documentation, to deal closure.
Build and manage a strong corporate client pipeline aligned with business targets.
Client & Relationship Management
Act as a single point of contact for corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, facility managers, and brokers.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track micro-market trends of Gurugram & NCR (rentals, absorption, vacancy, new supply).
Provide strategic inputs on pricing, deal structuring, and positioning of assets.
Support management in preparing leasing strategies for upcoming or vacant inventory.
Team & Coordination
Mentor and guide junior team members or leasing executives (if applicable).
Coordinate with asset management and marketing teams for site readiness and promotions.
Ensure accurate MIS reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
o Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate leasing / commercial real estate.
o Mandatory exposure to Gurugram & NCR commercial markets.
Education:
o Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing/Real Estate) preferred.
Skill Sets:
o Strong negotiation and deal-closure capability.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o In-depth understanding of lease structures, LOIs, term sheets, and commercial clauses.
o Proven ability to work independently with ownership of revenue targets.
