Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee manage admissions, support business growth, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete admissions process, from inquiry to enrolment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Monitor branch performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare reports on admissions, sales performance, and business growth.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive student experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in sales, admissions, business development, or the education industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
