Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to drive brand growth, market positioning, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute brand strategies, manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and offline channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, product, and external agency teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI metrics.
- Manage brand budgets and marketing calendars.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and customer touchpoints.
- Drive product launches, promotions, and brand activation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
