Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to train students and freshers in various digital marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and interactive manner while keeping learners updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Digital Marketing, including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Google Ads, and WordPress.
- Manage and optimize SEO and Ads campaigns for the company's own business websites, ensuring continuous improvement in rankings, traffic
- Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments to enhance students' practical learning.
- Conduct live demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Evaluate students' performance through assignments, tests, and practical projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Assist students with portfolio development, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve course content and training quality.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and student progress documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.
- Experience in WordPress website creation and management.
- Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
