Roles & Responsibilities – Technical Support Executive
- Prepare and create quotations as per customer requirements.
- Generate and send invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Notes (DN).
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding order processing and documentation.
- Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions/support.
- Clarify technical doubts related to products, specifications, and services.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely sharing of technical and commercial documents.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending documents with clients.
- Support sales and operations teams in day-to-day activities.
- Ensure accuracy in all commercial and technical documents before submission.
- Maintain records of customer communications, quotations, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and provide prompt responses.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for technical information when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain professional communication with clients.
