As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition initiatives and support our growing workforce requirements across multiple business verticals.
Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to successful candidate onboarding. This role demands a proactive professional who can independently build sourcing strategies, identify the right talent, manage recruitment campaigns, and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
The position also involves developing long-term hiring partnerships with educational institutions and conducting campus recruitment drives to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and business verticals.
- Understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies to ensure timely closures.
- Identify and build multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives by collaborating with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions for regular recruitment initiatives.
- Organize walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Manage offer roll-out, documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Continuously explore innovative recruitment methods to improve hiring quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility in the talent market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Administration, or other non-technical roles will be preferred.
- Prior experience in volume hiring or consulting/recruitment firms will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and major recruitment portals.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
