Job Title: Academic Counsellor / Telesales Executive
Location: Noida Sector 63
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Onsite (Noida Sector 63)
- Saturday: Remote
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Training Process
- 2 Days Product Training
- Followed by On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective candidates and understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide academic and career counselling to potential students.
- Explain courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets through effective counselling and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
KPI Expectations
- 150 Dialed Calls per day to Mark Day Present
Requirements
- Prior experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a laptop.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based calling software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
