Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager for Restaurant Industry
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeping supervisor/ Manager to join our team in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of hospitality standards and practices, with a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on housekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Knowledge of chemicals is required for housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Strong computer skills for managing schedules, inventory, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
