- 8 to 12 years of experience in human resources management, with focus on training, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback to employees, and identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent, ensuring fairness and consistency in rewards allocation
