Role Summary
The candidate is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, maintaining accurate lead records, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support business development and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned cold leads, inbound enquiries, database leads, referral contacts and marketing-generated leads as per the daily calling plan.
- Understand and capture customer requirements, including project type, location, project size, timeline, budget stage, decision-maker details and project urgency.
- Qualify prospects as Cold, Warm or Hot based on requirement clarity, project readiness, buying intent and meeting potential.
- Generate interest in Green Brick Projects' products and services by effectively explaining the company's capabilities and solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Sales Executive or Sales Manager, ensuring complete details such as date, time, location, contact person and meeting agenda are accurately communicated.
- Share complete client profiles, requirement summaries and meeting details with the sales team prior to every scheduled meeting.
- Send company profiles, brochures, introductory emails, capability presentations, requirement checklists and other approved marketing material to prospective clients.
- Handle initial customer queries related to the company, products, services, project execution process and direct technical or commercial queries to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of every call, enquiry, follow-up, meeting, customer interaction and next action in the CRM or lead management system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to obtain pending information such as drawings, BOQs, site details, project specifications and decision status.
- Take post-meeting feedback from both the sales team and the prospective client, record outcomes and initiate agreed follow-up actions.
- Re-engage cold, dormant and inactive leads through periodic follow-up campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
- Escalate high-potential leads, urgent enquiries and strategic opportunities immediately to the Sales Manager for priority action.
- Achieve defined daily, weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, meetings scheduled, follow-ups completed and lead conversion ratios.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Executives and Office Coordinator to ensure smooth lead handover, tracking and conversion throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and excellent customer service standards in every client interaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Coordination or Customer Support.
- Experience in Construction, PEB, Steel, Industrial Products, Real Estate or B2B Sales will be preferred.
