ob Summary:
We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to contact potential customers and schedule visits/meetings. The role mainly involves calling leads, explaining basic information, and convincing customers to visit the office/site/store. No hard selling is required.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers from the provided database/leads
- Explain basic details about the company/service/project
- Convince customers to schedule a visit
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain daily call and visit records
- Coordinate visit timings with the team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
