1. Conducting physical, microbial and chemical analysis of the raw materials, in process materials and finished goods
2. Food product quality maintenance trials and sensory evaluation of ready products
3. Familiarity with laboratory testing methods, equipment and instrumentation used in food product analysis
4. Maintenance of accurate and upto the date records of quality inspections, tests and corrective action taken
5. Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment periodically
6. Knowledge and application of Quality management system and food safety regulations
