Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employees follow safety rules and wear PPE.
- Conduct regular safety inspections at the plant and project sites.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees.
- Maintain safety records and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred.
- Experience in RMC, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
