Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, including Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Utility-Scale, Rooftop Solar, and Government projects.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, EPC contractors, corporate clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, tender participation, and contract closure.
- Track upcoming solar projects, tenders, and investment opportunities in the market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and project proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitable project acquisition.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and project acquisition objectives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
