Export Sales & Documentation Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales & Documentation Executive with experience in the Chemical Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in export documentation, international customer coordination, and export sales while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Prepare, verify, and process export documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Shipping Bills, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and overseas customers for seamless shipment execution.
- Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on customer orders, and coordinate payment collections.
- Develop new international business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing overseas customers.
- Monitor export orders from order confirmation to final dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export procedures, and international shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipment planning.
- Maintain accurate export records, documentation, shipment tracking, and MIS reports.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Export Sales and Export Documentation.
- Experience in the Chemical Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, INCOTERMS, international shipping, and export compliance.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and international customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and ERP/business software.
- Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple export orders while meeting deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience handling exports for chemical products.
- Good understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics processes.
- Strong customer relationship management and international business development skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to coordinating with internal teams and overseas clients to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
