Role Responsibilities
· Gather Requirements: Translate business needs into clear ServiceNow technical specifications.
· Bridge Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and developers.
· Optimize Workflows: Analyze existing business processes to maximize ServiceNow efficiency.
· Document Processes: Create comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
· Oversee UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure deliverables meet business goals.
Candidate Requirements
· ServiceNow Expertise: Understanding of Basics of ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM or HRSD modules.
· Agile Experience: Proven track record writing user stories in Agile environments.
· Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication capabilities.
· Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
· Hardware Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and functional laptop.
