Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Operations Executive to manage vendor settlements, payment reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Settlements & Reconciliation
- Prepare vendor payout statements and settlement reports.
- Calculate commissions, discounts, shipping charges, and deductions.
- Reconcile Shopify orders with payment gateways and bank settlements.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
Finance Operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Track operational expenses and support cash flow management.
- Assist in GST, TDS, TCS and compliance-related activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Track gross margins, profitability, and business performance metrics.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Accounts and Finance Operations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, TCS and reconciliations.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance Operations, or E-commerce Finance.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred.
