We are #hiring a Field Executive(Agronomist) for Organic Farming Group
Contract Farming operations (ground operations).
Location: Nawalgarh - Rajasthan
Preferred candidates from Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Kota
JD -
Day-to-day management of ground operations at network farmers.
Monitoring of plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with the operations team
on regular updates.
Responsible for implementation of quality/yield improvement programs.
Work closely with the planning team on specific issues that could impact the harvesting plan/sales.
Responsible for driving improvement projects with respect to procurement practices, network
farmer expansion in line with business goals.
Responsible for handling day-to-day grievances of network farmers and timely resolution.
Qualification Required:
Graduate / Post graduate in Agriculture Science.
Experience of 1-3 years in Contract Farming operations (ground operations).
Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide free farming will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
Proficiency in computer skills – MS Office
Interview Process:
1 st Level - HR Screening
2 nd Level - Zonal Head – Operations
Final Level – Lead - Operations
Salary bracket - 3 - 4.2 LPA depending upon the interview and experience.
