About the Role
The Course Manager – Keyboard is responsible for academic excellence, operational efficiency, faculty quality, learner experience, curriculum enhancement and cross-functional coordination for the Keyboard vertical. The role combines academic leadership, quality assurance, teacher development, learner engagement and product improvement to ensure world-class delivery aligned with Artium Academy's pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day academic and operational activities of the Keyboard vertical.
- Maintain curriculum documents, lesson plans, assessments and academic resources.
- Conduct a minimum of three lesson quality audits (QAs) daily and provide developmental feedback.
- Resolve learner, teacher and academic escalations.
- Support Managers in meeting academic and operational deliverables.
Performance & Quality Assurance
- Track execution progress and completion of assigned academic work.
- Monitor lesson quality, curriculum adherence and learner outcomes.
- Prepare QA reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Support showcase approvals, rehearsal scheduling and performance readiness.
- Provide technical support for learners, teachers and events when required.
Academic Leadership & Teacher Development
- Plan and coordinate teacher training programmes.
- Design and periodically update lesson plans and teaching strategies.
- Support LMS creation and feature testing with the Technology team.
- Participate in teacher appraisal, mentoring and calibration.
- Forecast faculty requirements with Operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Content, Social Media, Talent, Performance Management and Graphics teams.
- Ensure dashboards, websites and learner communications remain accurate and updated.
- Support student induction meetings and Parent–Teacher Meetings.
- Coordinate masterclasses, productions, festivals and special academic initiatives.
Research & Innovation
- Benchmark curriculum against global music education standards and certification frameworks.
- Monitor emerging pedagogy and integrate evidence-based teaching practices.
- Create weekly promotional or educational video/reel content.
- Ideate graphics, animations and special learning resources.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Strong Keyboard performance and pedagogy background.
- Experience in curriculum design, QA and faculty mentoring.
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong instructional design capabilities.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
