Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our premium brand, Malayalima, within the Thodupuzha market. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong retail network across Thodupuzha and Muvattupuzha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets (Kirana stores, supermarkets) within the assigned territory.
- Product Placement: Ensure maximum visibility and shelf space for Malayalima products.
- Order Management: Collect daily purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term professional ties with local merchants and distributors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the regional manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Plus Two (Class 12) or any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in FMCG or retail sales is a plus.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Mandatory).
- Communication: Fluency in Malayalam and a high level of persuasion skills.
- Attributes: Resilience, a "can-do" attitude, and a preference for outdoor field work.
