Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Fitter to assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, use hand tools and measuring instruments, and ensure quality and safety standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit mechanical components and machinery
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, and welding support activities
- Inspect machines and equipment for defects or misalignment
- Carry out maintenance and repair work
- Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Basic welding and fabrication knowledge
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience
Pay: ₹25,022.55 - ₹30,253.69 per month
