About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, understanding medical requirements, and driving conversions through a consultative and patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective patients and convert inquiries into bookings
- Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their journey
- Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatments/services
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Explain procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly
- Handle patient questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain regular communication before and after the service
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales-focused role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Experience handling customer queries and converting leads
- Comfortable working under pressure with performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
