This is an on-site role focused on digital sales through WhatsApp, phone calls, and direct client engagement. Responsibilities
- Manage sales inquiries and orders through WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gym equipment.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into long-term customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer communications.
- Provide insights about customer needs and market trends to the management team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or equipment industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong digital communication skills (WhatsApp, calling, emailing).
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of gym or fitness equipment is a plus.
