We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Trivandrum looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. In this role, you will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into high-impact visual narratives for our clients. We need someone who has professional agency or corporate design experience, moves past basic templates, and can craft unique, brand-specific digital assets from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting social media creatives (Instagram carousels, Facebook ads, LinkedIn infographics).
- Craft professional web layouts, landing page banners, and digital publication layouts.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing leads to conceptualize and execute end-to-end visual campaigns.
- Ensure all designs strictly align with client brand guidelines, typography, and color theory.
- Manage multiple client design projects simultaneously while meeting tight agency deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Mastery (Non-Negotiable): Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant, proven experience working as a professional Graphic Designer (Prior digital marketing agency experience is highly preferred).
- Portfolio: A comprehensive professional portfolio showcasing real-world digital marketing designs, branding projects, and vector artwork is mandatory.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong command over typography, layout composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is a massive advantage.
