Job Description: Telecaller
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller with good English communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, handling enquiries, and maintaining proper follow-up records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide clear information to customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls or messages.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone during every conversation.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Clear speaking voice and confident phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer questions politely.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be an advantage.
