Role Description The Security Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati Urban, responsible for overseeing security operations across client facilities. This role includes managing security teams and supervisors, planning and implementing security procedures, and ensuring compliance with PSARA and other regulatory requirements. The Security Operations Manager will monitor site security performance, conduct risk assessments, coordinate incident response, and maintain detailed reports and documentation. Day-to-day tasks involve liaising with clients to understand security needs, optimizing guard deployment and patrol schedules, coordinating with local law enforcement as required, and ensuring adherence to safety standards that minimize incidents and defects. The role also involves training and mentoring security personnel, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with other operational teams to deliver integrated facility management solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring in a multi-site environment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Physical Security, such as access control, surveillance, guard force management, and incident response.
- Candidates should possess foundational Cybersecurity knowledge to coordinate with IT teams on security policies and incident handling.
- Candidates should possess awareness of Vulnerability Management and Network Security concepts to support secure facility operations and risk mitigation.
- Relevant experience in security or facility management, preferably in integrated services or business support solutions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirupati Urban, handle rotational shifts if required, and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Knowledge of Indian security regulations, PSARA guidelines, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in security management, facilities management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
