Arcot Sri Mahalakshmi Women's College of Education invites applications from qualified and committed candidates for the position of Lecturer in Performing Arts. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Performing Arts (MPA/MFA in Performing Arts – Music, Dance, Theatre, or relevant specialization) with a Ph.D. in the concerned discipline, along with mandatory B.Ed. and M.Ed. qualifications as per regulatory norms. Candidates with prior teaching experience in recognized institutions, involvement in research activities, publications, seminars, and workshops will be given preference. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theory and practical sessions in Performing Arts, mentoring B.Ed. and M.Ed. students, guiding projects and academic activities, contributing to curriculum development, maintaining academic records, and actively participating in institutional and research initiatives. Salary will be offered as per norms and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
