Job Summary:-
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Office Coordinator who can execute tasks efficiently, take ownership, ensure timely follow-ups, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and solve day-to-day operational issues. This role requires strong execution skills rather than just coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks end-to-end and ensure timely completion
- Take regular follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth workflow
- Identify operational issues and resolve them proactively
- Track pending tasks, commitments, and timelines and close them
- Ensure management instructions are implemented properly
- Handle office administration, documentation, and records independently
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and follow-up reports using MS Excel
- Act as a single point of coordination between management and teams
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong execution and follow-up abilities
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Emails
- Ability to work independently with ownership.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
