Job Overview
ROJMARG is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, optimizing campaigns, improving conversion rates, and supporting the company's growth through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Create audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Assist in overall digital marketing activities including SEO, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and lead generation funnels.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating leads for recruitment, education, staffing, or service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic creative design tools.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
