Location: Outlet visit (Have Bike)
Role Objective:
To establish strong control over food cost, inventory, and procurement by ensuring accurate Ideal vs Actual tracking, minimizing variances, and building a system-driven approach across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Cost Control & Analysis
- Monitor daily Ideal vs Actual consumption (item-wise & value-wise)
- Identify variances and conduct root cause analysis
- Work closely with store teams to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
Inventory & Stock Management
- Ensure accurate stock tracking and regular audits
- Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process
- Match invoices with GRN and avoid month-end manual adjustments
- Ensure real-time inventory accuracy across all outlets
Procurement (Pizza Industry Focus)
- Handle procurement of all food and packaging items
- Vendor management and negotiation for best pricing and quality
- Ensure timely ordering and stock availability
- Maintain consistency in quality of raw materials (cheese, dough ingredients, sauces, etc.)
- Work on cost optimization without compromising quality
Financial Control
- Support in controlling food cost and improving margins
- Track expenses related to food and kitchen operations
- Coordinate with accounts team for accurate data and reporting
Systems & Process Implementation
- Implement and monitor system-based tracking (POS, inventory tools, BOM)
- Reduce dependency on manual work and build structured processes
- Ensure correct BOM updates and system accuracy
Reporting & Coordination
- Share daily/weekly reports on food cost and variances
- Coordinate with GMs and central team for corrective actions
- Support management with data-driven insights
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in food/restaurant industry (preferably pizza/QSR segment)
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory, and procurement
- Good knowledge of Excel and system handling
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work closely with operations and cross-functional teams

- Initial implementation may take time to stabilize systems and processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
