The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company's medical devices to hospitals, IVF centers, fertility clinics, healthcare institutions, distributors, and dealers. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing the company's market presence through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's medical devices to hospitals, IVF centers, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely order conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide prompt after-sales support and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 2.5 – 3 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or IVF product sales and marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of the healthcare and medical device industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
