- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000–1,500 employees with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Ensure timely salary processing, including earnings, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Employees' Provident Fund (EPF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT), where applicable
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), where applicable
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on salaries
- Prepare and file statutory returns and maintain compliance with all applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee onboarding, exits, full & final settlements, salary revisions, and payroll validations.
- Manage payroll master data and ensure employee records are updated accurately.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
