About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives across our education, skilling, and workforce development platforms. This role is ideal for a marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility through digital channels.
You will own the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of digital campaigns while working closely with business, content, design, technology, and external agency teams. The role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, content strategy, analytics, and marketing automation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns for education, skilling, and employment-focused initiatives.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and search rankings.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging campaigns, landing pages, email journeys, and social media assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, and customer nurturing programs.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Generate actionable insights from marketing data and present performance reports to leadership stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Skill Development, Employability, or Workforce Development sectors.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, WebEngage, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing attribution, and customer journey mapping.
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a role focused solely on social media posting or agency coordination. We are looking for a marketer who takes ownership of growth outcomes, understands performance metrics, and can independently drive campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
Why Join
- Work on initiatives that impact learners, educators, job seekers, and communities across India.
